About RakingPix

RakingPix is a Chrome extension developed by JopDev that helps users find, filter, organize, rename, and download images from webpages they choose to scan.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use RakingPix and for making sure your use of downloaded content complies with applicable laws, website terms, licenses, copyright rules, and other rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use RakingPix to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of RakingPix or its services, bypass security controls, distribute malicious content, or misuse the service in a way that causes harm to others.

Intellectual property

RakingPix, its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by JopDev or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of RakingPix or any JopDev marks to you.

Availability and service changes

RakingPix is provided on an as-available basis. JopDev does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the service. Changes may affect features, compatibility, or availability.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RakingPix is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JopDev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use RakingPix, including lost data, lost files, or interruption of business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as RakingPix changes. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use, to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where JopDev is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise.
